- This new platform illustrates the opportunities for all team members to be recognized and appreciated. In short you can send your kudos to anyone within the organization.
- Nominations can be from CGMs, HODs, People Managers at HO, Functional heads to recognize achievers.
- This platform supports auto complete list for names (The list is used by automatic name-checking feature through dropdown menu feature). New joiners who join the same month will start to reflect on the list the following month.
- We measure team member’s success for them being Amazing, Impressive, Exceptional & Enthusiastic. You need to choose one of these characteristic for your nomination.
- You can choose winning ways from the list as demonstrated by the employee.
- Self-Nominations will be disqualified!
- Once you finish High Five to someone, a notification email will be sent to nominated team member.
- Weekly data will be reviewed by the recognition team from backend for its authenticity.
